Ensures that all Massachusetts residents that are eligible to vote are able to register to vote or change the address at which they are registered on Election Day
Requires that vote-by-mail and in-person early voting be available to all Massachusetts voters
Includes jail-based voting reforms to ensure that eligible incarcerated voters are given everything they need to cast their ballots
Implements risk limiting audits which would improve the state's election auditing process by reducing cost while improving trust in our elections
